Pakistan vs South Africa Lahore Test Match - Day 3

After the end of the third day, Pakistan finished at 206 with South Africa are in play at 154 with the loss of two wickets and a lead of 305 runs in all. Two of the most established South African batsmen, Jacques Kallis and Graeme Smith are the overnight players.

The early morning started with a series of wickets from the Pakistani side, however they could save themselves from a follow-on and thence came the South African team. The unbeaten 88 run partnership between Smith and Kallis have put the South African team in to a better position. After Pakistan gave up 6 wickets for merely 66 runs, Smith gave a firm start to the team despite the attacks by Umar Gul.
