Day 4 of the 3rd Test Match between India Vs Sri Lanka was as expected! Sri Lanka has won the match by 8 wickets. The day started with Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman on the crease. India completed the innings with 268 runs. Laxman remained “not out” till the end of the innings despite his injury. Muttiah Muralitharan and Ajantha Mendis took three wickets each. Sri Lanka on the other hand completed their target of 122 runs with the loss of 2 wickets. Warnapura and Mahela Jayawardhane completed their half centuries and Sangakara was pronounced the “Man of the Match”. Obviously, Ajantha Mendis grabbed the trophy for the “Man of the Series”.
