Drop Sachin Tendulkar & Saurav Ganguly: Kirmani
Rahul Dravid is ruled out of the latest cricketing series to be played between India and Pakistan. At this a lot of experts have shown their anger, especially Kirmani, Inzamam Ul Haq and Madanlal. This decision of the selectors is highly criticized in the whole country and has categorized this decision to be a bluff on the part of the selectors.
Former test cricketer Madanlal added that a player like Rahul Dravid didn’t deserve to be left out. It’s the experience that matters the most when it comes to playing games against Pakistan. It is annoying to rule out a cricketer who has played for ten years bettering the Indian cricket. It is obvious for a player to have some pitfalls in a huge cricketing career. Out of all the series that he has played, one cannot expect him to be good in all the matches.
Rahul Dravid started his career in 1996 and has played 333 games so far. He possesses an average of 39.49 and scored 10585 runs. It should not be forgotten that the selectors had given a chance to Virendra Sehwag to prove his stake in the team. Such a chance is not yet given to Rahul Dravid. Kirmani who has been the chairman of the selection committee for India commented that if such a decision is taken for Rahul Dravid then even Sachin Tendulkar and Saurav Ganguly should be ruled out of the team on the basis of their performances in the last 3-4 innings.
Pakistani ex-captain Inzamam Ul Haq added that it came to him as a surprise hearing the decision as Dravid has always played his best against Pakistan and that the opposing team would be happy with the decision.
However, the team has been announced for the first two one day matches and based on the performances, there are still chances that the selectors might change their decision.

if you wanna see the performance of sachin then go ahead and see his performance in this season he is getting back to his best now so there is no reason for kirmani to give this type of comments….. both these players have scored more ONE THOUSAND RUNS THIS CALENDER YEAR WITH CONSISTANCY I DO AGRRE THAT RAHUL DRAVID SHOULD BE THE MAN TO COME IN AT NUMBER 4 POSITION FOR INDIA BUT I DONT AGREE THAT SACHIN AND GANGULY SHOULD BE DROPPED SINCE THEY ARE NOT AS OLD AS A HAYDEN OR A BRAD HOGG…. Kirmani is a loser. Dravid is a loser. Name one match where Dravid single-handedly won the match for india except 10 instances ? Ganguly and Sachin give the best opening for india. Kirmani SHUT UP !
i dont know what this man kirmani is tallking about ? where is the question of dropping tendulkar come from? i think kirmani should look at the record of tendulkar and saurav this year. more than 1300 runs in a calender year by both. so kirmani i think u should better drop urself from cricket.. so shut up
Syed Kirmani is crazy ! Sachin is the best everyone knows that and he is batting really well he is averaging over 45 how can you say, drop sachin ?! Kirmani must consult a doctor he is suffering from mental illness.
performence of any player and team as a whole is seen first other things comes later. Sachin, Rahul and Ganguly are giving good performance for the last 10-15 years. First of all we should learn to give a proper respect to our star\seniour players like Sachin, Rahul and Saurav. They should be given proper farewell. They should be given some liberty to quit the game according to there own wish. Afterall they are already leagends. And I think they will never perform very badly. Let them play and retire from circker respectfully. It is only putting our seniour players under trimendous pressure. Please let them play peacefully and let them enjoy the game during there last days which they deserve. Side by side keep giving chances to other players. Although the selectors formula could work and they might be thinking for the future circket but the people will also remember them for there attitude for the seniour players who had not been given proper farewell and respectfull retirement. It is very unfair. It is giving a bad message to outside world that Indians dont respect their star players infact outside world respects them more(Recent coments from the selectors and players from other countries).
