A Decisive Match for India - Twenty20 India vs England
By Cricket ~ September 19th, 2007. Filed under: England, India, ODI, Twenty20, cricket.
All eyes are set on the decisive match between India and England in the next few hours. India will have to give its best to keep the spirits high and qualify for the Twenty20 semi finals and only miracles can take England to the semi finals after this match. Therefore the match that is being played on Durban today has an important contribution to the future of the tournament.
As far as this kind of championship is concerned, nothing can be commented as a fix. Even a weakly perceived Zimbabwe team managed to beat Australia and moreover, batting second can only escalate the pressure but in Twenty20, this seems to be the preferred rule.
As far as India is talked about, the left arm bowlers, Irfan Pathan and RP Singh have performed beautifully but on the other side the form of Andrew Flintoff cannot be neglected..
With very little time remaining for the match, both the teams have geared up for this decision making match.. Keep visiting for the latest updates on the match…

You are absolutely right. It is an important match for India as it goes a long way in helping us qualify.
As I write this, England is out of the Championship.
Will they have the motivation?
